Couples
When I tell people my greatest passion is couples work, they often pause. Isn’t it intense? Messy? Complicated? Yes. Sometimes it is. And nothing energizes me more.
We are wired to connect and be connected. And somehow it can feel like the hardest thing to sustain. But because connection is our birthright—something deeply embedded in our nervous system—finding our way back to it is not only possible, it’s something we’re built for.
Investing in the relationships that matter most is one of the most meaningful things you can do. And for me, witnessing two people find their way back—to hope they thought was gone, to a sense of aliveness that feels new again, to repair after betrayal, to feeling less alone in the relationship— is nothing short of extraordinary.
My work is experiential and relational. That means we don’t just talk about your relationship— we work with what’s happening between you, in real time. Not just through insights, but new experiences of each other.
At times, we’ll explore your inner experience. At others, we’ll work more actively, creating a different experience between you. The one thing you can be certain of is that it won’t be more of the same.
